| 9 Months of PRO Clubs Pain - Abysmal EA Support Posted: 02 Jul 2021 12:59 PM PDT Let me layout a scenario for you. Imagine you're playing PRO Clubs with you mates, you've just scored a 88 minute header to put you 1-0 up and secure your promotion. Suddenly one of your teams players is fouled and the opposition player is sent off - excellent this game will be easy to see out. Suddenly you receive a message saying: An error has occurred and you are no longer synced with the online match The game disconnects and it counts as a 3-0 defeat, you never get that promotion. This has been mine and my teams life for the past 9 months. What I am telling you is when a foul gets committed and an animation of a warning by the referee or a handing out of either card, there is a 90% chance that the game will disconnect. Think i'm joking?: (Sub doesn't allow YT links so follow them from the post here: Re: "An error has occurred and you are no longer synced with the online mat - Page 3 - Answer HQ (ea.com) ) These are our recent games (every 3-0 is a disconnect): We currently have a PRO clubs record of 110-33-162 and I have recorded all disconnects ... all 132 of them I can't even begin to explain how frustrating this is, fouling is such a core part of the game and I would say a massive amount of our disconnects come from when we're smashing someone and they get frustrated and start sliding. We've missed out on promotions and been relegated so many times. So what causes this? The issue is related to the following: -Playing on pc -Playing on ProClubs game mode -Having a CPU with a high core count (mainly Ryzen 9 + Intel i9) -And most importantly the issue only occurs when a player commits a foul This is all described in this thread here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/quot-An-error-has-occurred-and-you-are-no-longer-synced-with-the/td-p/9827397 What have we done to try and resolve this? The support from EA has been nothing short of abysmal, the extent of troubleshooting on the thread from EA has been a connection trouble-shooting. The most recent update from EA asking for everyone's locations and ISPs clearing still looking at this as a connection issue when it is a issue with the foul animation and having a high core count CPU. This is how the support experience goes: - Post a thread around the issue with all the information and video evidence - Have that thread locked as there is an existing one - Post in the old thread (linked above) have post deleted and told not to spam - Receive no response - Raise case with EA, be told the best thing to do is to post a thread in the forums - Repeat a number of times to try and get some response - Message community managers to try and get something Throughout this experience of trying to get this resolved for 9 months I have witnessed a mass of posts be deleted, no one from EA will reply but posts and replies to the thread get deleted in minutes - I have been banned myself a few times to the point that I raised a complaint to EA about the support experience. | For the love of God EA, I just want one thing fixed in FIFA 22… Posted: 02 Jul 2021 02:03 PM PDT And that is AI foul frequency. I can go 20 matches in career mode without drawing a single foul. And when I do half the time it's not within scoring range. Changing difficulty doesn't help. I've tried playing on beginner to Ultimate and it's still the same shit. It's ridiculous. If EA can fix this, it'd make career mode so much more immersive. Free kicks are fun. If not, at least add an aggression slider in the CPU settings. PLEASE. [link] [comments] |

Posted: 02 Jul 2021 10:52 AM PDT EA endorses this making new players with 99 stamina so it looks like every other player tries to tackle all the time (like 50-60 attemps per game) and has constant pressure because why not (we all know pressure makes your players do terrible things).
