    I’ve played way too much Fifa in my life. My phone literally recognises Gerrard as family and makes a folder for him and also gave other players a folder.

    in-depth low budget trading guide

    Hi guys, following my icon flipping guide I got lots of people saying that they could not use the method as they did not have a high budget and there were many requests for a low budget guide so here it is. These are my favourite methods for low budget trading. If you want free market tips/advice and have any questions check out my twitter here.

    BPM

    The famous BPM, this is the easiest method and one of the most effective in the game. There are many ways of doing it. The way I think is most effective is as follows: 400 coin bronze packs, sell all the players (they eventually sell for 200) same with player fitnesses. The squad fitness cards obviously sell for more. I then keep contracts (you will never need to use contracts again) and discard anything else that does not sell. This is a nice way to build up a large stock of players in clubs and a nice stream of coins. The key is to keep relisting.

    Chem Style trading

    My personal favourite if you are on a budget of lower than 500k. Cards with shadows, hunters and anchors always sell for an added value. Other chem styles have an impact too but these are the main 3 I enjoyed using this method on. The idea is to bid/snipe cards with these chem styles and then sell for profit. The way I used to do it is by searching for gold players with anchors, shadow and hunters under 3k. I would then add players within the next 5-10 mins to my watchlist and check their price with the chem style on the market. More often than not you can win a lot of these bids for quite cheap. Especially on some of the lower tier golds. You can also snipe these cards but it is a little competitive. As you build your coins transition to doing this with specials.

    Position modified trading

    Same idea as chem style trading. You are looking for mids converted up to strikers and vice versa. This is best if you create a little list of players and just rotate through looking for snipes and bids you can win. I have made a lot of coins from this method in the past often because people won't check for the price of a player in its changed position. It is the same reason why chem style trading works.

    Special card trend flipping

    This is the goldmine. I would say nice budget for this is around a mil but this can be done on a lower budget and is also one of the best methods in the game regardless of budget. I prefer icon flipping but I also do a lot of this too to make coins. The principles are the exact same as my icon flipping guide. These cards fluctuate hourly as they are out of packs, use graphs to identify sell prices and then watch FUTBIN for the low fluctuations. The sell price can be identified by looking for the consistent peaks over the last couple of days. You can also get on bids and win deals once you know what the max sell price is. Refer to my icon flipping guide for extra details but it is the exact same principles used there but it is instead used on informs, TOTGS, screams and so on. As you become more experienced you will learn more prices and become very good at spotting when a player is low. I usually just browse through the squads on FUTBIN to see whether a player looks low and you can also just go through a rotation of cards who's prices you know. Remember though if you see a player who is dropping quickly there is usually a reason (new totw affecting him, sbc released in same position, objective released in same position and so on) so be careful because you don't want to get caught out. When you get a deal list the player for the price you want to sell and list for 1 hour and keep relisting often you will get a lazy before the card even rebounds in price.

    League SBC silvers

    Not an expert on this one but this is also very effective you can go through FUTBIN solutions to identify silvers who are inflated because of League SBCs. Then you can make a list of players and bid on them and try get deals. Over time you can learn prices of these cards as silvers fluctuate too and you can start doing the same trend flipping with the specials to League SBC silvers. There are also great opportunities for snipes when MM drops and whenever there is some type of electrum/silver pack. When the silvers dip due to these packs you can stock up and sell later when the supply dries up.

    So these are my favourite low budget methods, you can use these to build up the coins needed for the bigger budget methods such as icon flipping.     with shadow he has the best l2 movement ingame imo. jockeys like hes riding to save to Minas Tirith. feels like faster than his normal running speed at times. at the same time his tackle is weak af. As a cm he attacks more than my god damn cam. as a cdm he did stay back ( just played him a few games as a cdm tho) Yet at the same time he couldnt hit the goal to save his life let alone score.(tried even with sniper) He really is unique and fun to play so im fine :) just one of those players where his cons and pros are rlly extreme. to sum it up :

    -Great speed and jockey movement with shadow ( could be the best ingame) -hes everywhere -weak tackle -Spastic shooting ( UNREAL HOW TERRIBLE IT IS)

    So basically the new patch seems to nerf passing and control for less agile players which makes them pretty useless in higher divisions.

    For dribbling I can definitely run around a bit, do some skills but what I mean is I cannot twist and turn like some of my opponents seem to do. They'll turn 5 times in the same place and my defender will just wait and watch whereas if I try even one scoop turn my opponent takes the ball off me.

    So, raise your hands if dribbling is not your thing and you depend more on accurate passes to create space and use Target men more than Rashfords :)

    There's a reason they are so high rated, they are one of the top top players in the world, just because their in game stats aren'tthat meta shouldn't mean that one of the best CAMs and CDMs in the world should be 83 rated. They shouldn't change their ingame stats either because they do in fact reflect the players but it's too difficult to incorporate a real life's player 'game sense' into a video game.

    Plus comparing them to special cards is off putting because special cards have a completely separate rating system. If you do notice most high rated special versions of low rated cards have higher igs than a similarly rated special already high rated gold card but that is due to algorithm of the upgrades (which is one of the few things EA has done well, not perfectly but much better than some other aspects)
