    Have to say props to EA for today's content. They have been dire in recent weeks but they really seem to be picking it up for summer heat. The Prime icon upgrade is far cheaper than anyone could have guessed. They've also given the guys that like to grind the game out the bronze and silver upgrades for an extended period of time alongside the best value upgrade that they have realised this year in the 82-88. This gives people who have time to commit the chance to grind towards repeating the prime icon upgrade a few times. This tops off Ferland Mendy from yesterday and the upped pack weight making packs really fun to open as the chances of pulling special cards are actually not as shocking as usual.

    I'm not usually one to credit EA but have to give them props for today. Apart from Kent. That mans about to make me curse out EA like never before once he's inevitably voted in.

    My TOTS Son with 99 heading accuracy has now missed 4 open goals because heading in this game is so fundamentally broken. A world class player from 2 yards out should NOT be hitting the bar ot heading it over completely.

    Before you message 'just do low crosses' etc I'm doing that now to get this done but the point still stands as a fundamental method of attacking is completely broken and has been broken from launch.

    Posted about this a month ago but now it seems really good to do with all the content from today:

    Buy the 400 coin bronze packs in the store. If you're happy with how many coins you have or intend to do league SBCs you can just store everything. If not, you can sell them:

    Check prices on players that are from League SBC leagues (Top 5, Saudi League, Dutch League etc.) and list them up, even as low as 200 coins if needed cos profit is profit. Also list up squad fitness cards as only selling 1 of these pays for 3 bronze packs.

    After I've done opening bronze packs I put every player not in a League SBC league into bronze upgrades.

    Whatever silvers I get back from the bronze upgrades I either use in League SBCs or if they are off league they go into silver upgrades to get four common golds each time.

    Normally I'd keep these common golds but now you only need 7 golds to craft a single 82-88 upgrade so I'm throwing most of them in that.

    These 82-88 upgrades are out for 9 days so there's plenty of time to do this. In just 3 packs on PS4 today I got SS Alaba and a Libertadores CB.

    Eventually you'll have enough fodder to start thinking about doing player SBCs or even craft yourself a Prime Icon Pack.

    Really big thanks to EA for not putting wins for every step of Mendy Obj.It really helps when rivals is in a dire state again

    After not struggling to get first 5 wins i am now in horrendous losing streak.But despite not even winning 5 of the 22 matches and dropping from 1550 to 1120 (Div 3 to 5) i still managed to get 89 Mendy.I would still be trying to get 87 if some other challanges required as well so thanks for making the grind bit easier.
