    Basically title. If you know, you know. For whatever reason Columbus server doesn't want us anymore and in retaliation they ping us to Dallas which then pings us to players in Mexico. Literally all 30 games for my two mates and myself.

    PSA: the matchmaking in your first 5 WL games isn’t random, they aren’t “placement matches” like Rivals

    Hey guys,

    I thought it was common knowledge, but just today I've seen like 10 comments/posts wrongfully saying that your first 5 WL matches are placement matches like Rivals, so the matchmaking on those matches is random

    But this is wrong. The only reason you have to play 5 matches is to be able to be ranked in one of those WL Rewards tier ranking.

    The matchmaking works like this:

    You start at 0 Form/Elo every weekend. Each win add +1 to your Form and each loss subtract 1 from it. Then, they try to match you against people close to your location and with similar form, and it's capped at -10 and +15. And it's the same system for all of those 30 matches, nothing changes from game 1 to game 30

    I decided to create this post because, as I previously mentioned, a good amount of people were sharing wrong informations about WL matchmaking here on the sub, so it's good to know how it actually works

    So, new code was added today showing a 5x 83+ Bundesliga player pack coming to an SBC near you, most likely on Sunday. There are 33 non-TOTS cards that meet the 83+ criteria:

    PSA: Courtios is the cheapest 94 by a country mile, do him while you can.

    The cheapest 94 on the market is Casemiro at 98k (PS4).

    The Courtios SBC is 91k but one section is 80 rated so should be virtually free if you have any sort of discard TOTW.

    The second section is 64k if you buy all the players.

    And he's a good keeper too.

    So I have one more game to play to complete this objective. If I start it now before 6pm and it carries on past 6pm do I still get the card or not?

    I know it's a long shot this close to the time lol but any help is appreciated!

    Edit: I got it! Started before 6pm and finished at 6.05 but it auto-claimed the reward for me!

    PSA: You can finish the silver obj and start the gold obj in the same game.

    Not sure how many people know this, but if you're done 3/4 Silver obj and need to do one more, you can compete it AND get started on your Gold objs ( You'd need to know what the gold ones are before hand)

    For example, I needed to play 1 more game to finish Silver objs and i played a rival game. I unlocked my gold objectives and had already completed a low driven goal objective and got a head start on the "Making Progress" objective.

    Not a game changer but something that def helps save time here and there.

    How on earth do you ‘get back into’ Weekend league?

    So I stopped playing for a few months, the game just hasn't sat well with me and for some reason after getting gold 2 every weekend league for the last 4 years, I'd been pulling up silver 1 barely. I've come back to it, maybe a decent team imo but not godsquad level, but every team I come up against in WL is multiple icon moments and a full tots squad, I'm getting dicked 5-0 or shanked after a close game because of some juiced tots off the bench. Anyone else had this problem? It's literally unplayable it seems unless you invest every weekend of the cycle into it. Thoughts?
