    I have done 18 now and while some have been decent enough players I am really looking for the superstars at this very late stage of the game.

    My best options to date have been as follows - Mahrez, Van de Beek, Smalling, Odegaard, Muller, Illicic, De Vrij, Verrati, Di Maria, Upamecano, Jonathan David, Kostic, Salvio, Gabriel, Paulinho, Johnathan, Hernandez, Wan Bissaka

    Most of them I have reused to try again but AWB is in my current team.

    I am guessing my luck is about the same as it is for most people but I see so many people on here telling about packing the likes of Mbappe, Messi, Neymar etc

    Anyway this isn't a rant, I realise I am lucky to have been able to have so many attempts and that some of the players I got are top players, but partly I am trying to decide whether to keep trying to land a whale or whether to quit while I am ahead

    It annoys me that you often need a tremendous of luck to score or not concede goals.

    I hit the post about 5 times a match (not indicative of real football) and always concede goals from perfectly timed tackles outside the box that somehow end up in the attackers feet through on goal. How many times does a shot hit the bar and fall right into an attacker for a tap in?

    It's absolutely ridiculous. The game should favour clever play rather than this nonsense.

    I can't see them fixing this at all as it encourages people who would be typically bad to play the meta.

    Big no from me this year.

    How many 90+ PP upgrades can I craft with 1.2 million

    If I were to do this using the 82 to 88 upgrade which is about 7k each, I should be able to craft a 83 rated squad after doing 11 of those. That would come in at about 80k. With 1.2 mill I'll be able to craft around +-15 of the 90+ PP picks. Is this accurate? Rlly wish I could do more tho

    Who are your Top 5 Highest Market Value Players (and how did you get them)?

    I'm curious how other folks Top 5 "highest market value" players look like and how/when they were acquired. I'm talking about the current FUTBIN value, and discounting SBC players who can't be found on the market (or loan)

    I'm on XBOX and here are the top 5 most valuable players on my club.

    TOTS Lewandowski - 820k Coins

    I packed him in the "ULTIMATE TOTS" Pack SBC. I think he is the first bona fide 99 player I've gotten.

    PIM Van Der Sar - 770k

    I was disappointed to pull him from my 3rd and final PIM pack (4th if you include the PIM Vieri I got from the "any icon" pack). I got him a few days ago. It felt like an L at the time, but I sold the tradeable PIM Lehmann I had and bought TOTS Sancho.

    TOTS Werner - 400k coins

    Packed him in the 3rd "DELUXE TOTS" pack... after 2 straight Dean Henderson's. No kidding, I really did the third one. The pack luck is exactly that "luck"

    TOTS Salah - 400k

    He is the only tradeable I have on this list. I saved ~ 60+ packs during Batch 3 of the Summer Heat Promo. Don't remember exactly what type of pack it was. I also packed him in FIFA 18 during the Prem League guaranteed SBC of that year.

    TOTS Sergio Ramos - 340k coins At some point during the last 2 weeks when we had the guaranteed 90+ SBCs (or 92?) I packed him.

    Due to the Werner/Lewa combo I have used them a ton together, I think Werner is easier to use due to his pace -- even though he is only 3* skills he is fast and aglile and moves. Lewa just hits most about everything and multiple times he appeared to be "offside" but positioned perfectly.

    Salah has been mainly a supersub -- if you use him and can get him on his left, he is fantastic, also very agile, also fantastic positioning. I have caught a few opponents opened up and just a long through ball to Mo Salah and it's an easy goal.

    How do I get to play Fifa 21 on 1st October?

    Fifa 20 connection issue

    Hey Guys, me and my friends just bought fifa 20 some days back. But we are having problem with online friendly matches. Whenever we try to connect with each other in ONLINE FRIENDLIES we get a error 'connection to opponent is lost' but we can connect with each other in online co-op. We tried DMZ, unchecking ipv6. But nothing works. But we all can connect with 1 specific friend. Like say if there are A,B,C,D. B,C,D can play with A but B,C,D cant play with each other. Please help someone.

    I can fit any 3 on full chem, I am currently using Ramos, Varane and Carlos. Ramos and Varane have been really good for me.

    Things I don't get

    I know this is probably too late to bother asking but this sub has been massively helpful for me in learning FUT since starting in May. Even yesterday, I learned that hitting tackle while gk is rushing out, spreads their limbs. Simple to do yet how you would ever find that out, no idea?!

    So I hoped for one last bit of advice on some presumably simple but advanced techniques. Opponents seem able to do these easily but I have no idea how, guessing buttons or tactics? I've watched YouTube vids etc to improve but hopefully these are all easy answers

    • how the fuck do you win headers, L2 + moving backwards doesn't help (see next point)
    • how do I move my player when the ball's in the air, they just stare at it or slowly jog like they're pissed
    • how do I swarm the opponent in my box, when they have the ball, without being constant pressure.
    • the good players always manage to stick on me like glue, forcing me into sloppy passes. Is it just being that good to prempt my every move and follow me? I can rarely get that close yet they may as well be magnetised
    • what the fuck is the point in shielding the ball, it never works. Yet if I put the controller down, no one is getting the ball
    • quick dribbling jinks to change direction slightly
    • getting finesse shots in top bins. Just tickle the keepers hands with my attempts

    Colour blind issues with customisable stadiums

    Like many people now I've been watching videos of FIFA 21 from the game changers.

    Now I love the idea of being able to customise your stadiums, I will definitely be using this a lot. One thing that does worry me is changing the colour of the pitch lines and goal nets and how this affects colour blind players. I am red-green colour deficient and from the videos where I saw red lines on the green pitch it was almost impossible for me to see the lines, the same goes for the goal nets.

    It would be nice if EA could include an option where you can just pick your own pitch lines and nets regardless of whether you're playing home or away. I know this defeats the object of having customisable stadiums but I would much rather be able to see where the pitch starts and ends.

    Are they're any other colour blind Fifa players out that have struggled with this? And is there anything else that is affecting colour blind players?
