    Who have been your favorite player in each position this year?

    If you could choose one player that you love and have had the most FUN with. Which one would it be for each position.

    Here are mine, subject to change of course. This is a best of fifa so far list.

    GK: TOTS Ederson
    RB: HL Tavernier
    CB: TOTS Ruben Dias
    CB: Prime Cannavaro
    LB: Adama Traore
    CM: PIM Essien
    CM: POTM Bruno Fernandez
    RM: Messi (BY FAR my fav player in fifa this year)
    LM: POTM Son
    ST: EOAE Rooney!
    ST: SIF Yedder

    Let me know yours. If I had to choose one, it would be Messi. I have the RW/RM and the ST POTM. I wanted to get the TOTS but it was just impossible and I think the 96 Messi is not really that much of a difference (I have the loan TOTY).

    Icon Swaps 3 - Icon Pick Dynamic Probabilities SPREADSHEET

    I was inspired by u/mxspear's post about his theory of FIFA pack probabilities based on market value from a few days ago (see here), and decided to apply it to the icon pack/picks for Swaps 3.

    So I made a spreadsheet where you can put in the icons that you would like to get from the pack/pick, and it would calculate, based on the aforementioned assumptions, an approximate probability of the event happening. In this case, getting at least 1 desired icon.

    To be able to edit it and select your icons to calculate your unique probability, you will need a Google account to make a copy of the Sheet onto your own drive. Otherwise, people would just be editing the same document over each other and overriding changes. I am still working on a live online version!

    Here are some assumptions I made in this process:

    ASSUMPTIONS

    1. Individual icon probabilities are based on market price (as calculated with u/mxspear's theory here:

    2. For PICKS:

    2a. The picks are treated as 3 distinct events of picking an icon from the pool (think of picking a number from a hat).

    2b. The same player cannot be repeated in the same pick (i.e. no duplicates amongst the 3 options).

    2c. The probabilities for subsequent options (e.g. pick #2 and #3) are based on if the previous pick was the most common icon available in the pool. For example, in the PIM pick, probability #2 is based on if option 1 was Vieri and so on.

    2d. The overall probability of P(at least one desired icon) in the picks is calculated by taking the complimentary probability of having NO desired icons packed:

    P(at least one desired icon) = 1 - P(no desired icons)

    = 1 - [ P(no desired icons in pick #1, pick #2, pick #3) ]

    = 1 - [ P(no desired icons in pick #1) * P(no desired icons in pick #2) * P(no desired icons in pick #3)]

    Please let me know if there are any errors with my calculations or with the Sheet!
