Tournament mode is the ONLY way to have these Objectives done right Posted: 12 Nov 2019 11:52 AM PST FOR THE FOLKS WHO DONT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT: I am not saying you have to win the tournament to complete the OBJ. Winning 4 the tournament would be a bonus reward. Your wins will count towards your Objs, regardless of your tournament run. That way EA could have several tournaments running that have the Obj requirements as restrictions. That way as well, you only face people doing your current objective, regardless of their Div. We expect icon swaps to be a GRIND not a CHORE Posted: 12 Nov 2019 07:55 AM PST I saw many posts today saying "oh the community is so bitter all the time, they are asking for free icons blabla" NO. Nobody says these icons should be obtained in a day. Nobody wants easy challenges. What I (and many others I think) want is a grind which ties in well to how an average player with a decent team plays fifa. A set of challenges which forces you to go out of your way like the current one does is a chore. Let me give you some examples about how I think it should look like (all the numbers are random) score 100 goals make 1000 passes finish 10 games with a clean sheet win 10 matches where your opponent scored the first goal make 50 successful tackles And so on etc. IMO objectives like this are the real incentive to play a game like destiny for ex., in which you always earn a little progress towards your objective during your regular gameplay loop. submitted by /u/Lub1k [link] [comments]

People trying to complete objectives vs people that do not care about them People relegating themselves left and right to try to avoid people not caring about objectives People relegating themselves just to get easier wins and troll people in lower squads People who are actually not that good at the game facing stronger squads/opponents because people relegating People trying to use Loan Cards to complete these objectives instantly losing contracts vs people relegating People who don't care about the objectives facing people sending them DM's to let them score because they are trying to complete objectives People who don't care about the objectives facing people relegating themselves. EA could solve this self-relegation stuff easily right now Posted: 12 Nov 2019 02:11 PM PST They could just implement a system where if you quit or DC from too many rivals games in a row (or in a 1 hour window, or a high enough percentage of games in a certain time window), you get a 2-3 hour ban. That way it would be faster for high division players to just play games with their first owner squads, and win/lose and be relegating normally. It's crazy to me that someone like a99skillz thinks he needs to go to div 5 to complete these when if he just did them normally he would probably drop to div 3 at the lowest. submitted by /u/aure__entuluva [link] [comments]
