    Can we agree this is the WORST promo so far? (even beated RTTF)

    Normally I find a good thing or two every now and then with FIFA. I actually enjoy playing it a couple days in a week. But this one, not a single good thing can be said about it:

    -An 'upgraded' politano that EA didn't bother to explain for MONTHS

    -PIM that are just so we can see the luxury cards. If I can't get (yet) that Prime Del Piero, what makes EA think I'll be excited for an upgraded ADP that I won't get. And i'm one of the few who actually likes the ICON swaps

    -83 rated kit. Yikes

    -One (ONE) player added to the SBCs league. Meanwhile there are ton of ther leagues who could use special players for fun

    -A random winter refresh 'team'. There are players that got transferred in summer, there are players that got transferred in winter, there are players that stood in the same team and there are players that stood in the same team who are playing pretty badly (Chiesa, for example)

    -50 players upgraded. Meanwhile Ciro and Lewandoski, the 2 most in form ST in the world, currently keep their ratings.

    I can understand that fixing the gameplay and the servers isn't that easy (plus EA doesn't care that much), but the promos are just ideas, and this time they did all wrong. This is actually a new low.

    What EA have done in regards to HL Adama Traore..

    is quite honestly the most pathetic thing i have ever witnessed. Let me just break down the stat facts first of all.

    Acceleration + Sprint Speed = no upgrade whatsoever on his +3 77 rated card.

    Reactions + Ball Control + Composure = no upgrade whatsoever on his +3 77 rated card.

    However

    They increased his Agility, Balance and Dribbling by 1.

    Why?

    Because that didn't clash with his 80 IF card, it was still 1 stat below which coincided with their "As long as no stats overtake or equal first IF then there will be no upgrade"

    They purposely, selectively, avoided all 5 individual stats entirely to avoid giving this card an upgrade

    Look, I'm not crying before the EA shills come in. But it's absolutely embarrassing, childish, and shows off EA's true colours to a T. (yet again)

    I actually feel much more sorry for people who wanted this upgrade much more badly than I did, as he's only a super sub for me.

    The lack of winter upgrades were bad enough, but fucking Really EA? Really? You are actually pathetic, anybody who pays proper attention would've noticed how hard you went out of your way to make sure of this, and i'm simply sorry for you that you find it so hard to give some of your players something to look forward to for once.

    This FIFA has been the absolute worst when it comes to EA squeezing the most they possibly can out of people paying for fifa points.

    • Extending promos to 2 weeks so they can double dip on the hype of a "brand new promo team" with lightning rounds

    • Certain SBC pack rewards are terrible or untradeable compared to last year

    • Most SBCs costing way more than they are worth

    • No half price coin packs for Chinese NY

    • Removing baby/mid icons so there aren't extra icon options for you to pack

    • Removing icon SBCs so if you want to play with one you have to buy it.

    • Only 50 players upgraded and upgraded to the point where they don't have to boost their IFs

    There's more that I've missed but does anyone else miss all the cool shit from a few FIFAs ago? I'd gladly take that EA back even though they were a money hungry behemoth back then but this year they have evolved into something much worse.

    I know the whole point of a company is to make money but you can at least make the game fun at the same time because right now these promos are really putting me off the game and I'm dreading what FIFA 21 will be like, perhaps they'll make WL rewards untradeable.

    You think it coincidental that EA direct start tweeting useful information and saying they are addressing overload ball side with a Promo around the corner ?

    Or that EA's golden boys like Matthd, Skillz, bateson and Castro will be uploading massive pack opening vids ??

    When you see all the fake Twitter accounts getting their massive pack pulls been retweeted by EA's golden boy Youtubers DO NOT TAKE THE BAIT . It's all one big scam .

    Instead of spending money on fifa points go buy a lottery ticket because you have more of a chance winning the actually lottery than you do of packing a prime icon moments.

    His new PIM card has a +27 upgrade on the composure stat. Takes away a huge flaw on the card, but this most definitely means they made some kind of error with his old composure.
