    What can you expect from FUT birthday promo

    No idea why people look forward to different promos, they have been pretty much the same since the game released. Here is what you can expect:

    • Two different promo teams split across two weeks featuring the same recycled 30 players we see every promo.

    • 1 objective card that is not terrible but also not spectacular for reasonable requirements.

    • Daily pack SBCs with bad requirements for either untradeable packs, horrible packs or both untradeable and horrible packs. (Example 78 rated squad with 11 rares for 1 Gold players pack[Untradeable]).

    • Unreasonable amount of promo packs/lightning rounds released and a <1% of packing a FUT birthday player.

    • 3 player SBCs released over two weeks in which all three are way overpriced for the stats they have.

    • 83 + guarantee packs, 81+ guarantee packs released.

    • A FUT birthday player guarantee pack for 87 rated squad and 3 informs at the end of the promo.

    TL DR, pretty much the same as all the other promos released this year, just another name and another card design.

    I have few packs saved and, with high rateds being so inflated at the moment, I want to open the tradeable packs. But I can't tell which are tradeable or untradeable.

    I sat and watched fifa 19 vids and i saw we used to get 50k and 45k for 84 and 85 rated squads now we get a prime mixed and for 89 we get 50k untrade when we used to get 100k tradebale

    Everything is a lottery, from the games themselves to the rewards. Weekend league rewards, division rivals rewards, all you're getting is a better CHANCE of anything.

    Anyone who plays enough fifa knows when DDA kicks in, and it's getting to the point where I'm just dashboarding games I'm winning. It's just not worth the stress.

    But it'll ruin my record? Who cares, what was my record on 19 again?

    But I'll go down a division? Doesn't matter, rank 1 division 1 doesn't guarantee anything, people often get better rewards from lower divisions.

    But I won't have a shot at 23 wins? Who the hell cares, every time I've got it I've packed fuck all. Anyone stressing about "finally getting 23", don't, it's not worth your time. Get 14 and stop.

    People packing duplicate Essien from the Icon pack. It shouldn't be allowed. Yeah "it's random" but it shouldn't be, that shouldn't be a thing.

    No skill gap, no guarantee of anything rewarding for your time, but most of all, the game just isn't fun.

    If EA cannot release fresh and exciting content, at the very least, they should release the remaining 12 token objectives for Icon Swaps

    It's very possible that EA's staff have been sent home to self quarantine as their product may not be considered 'essential' enough to require employees going to work.

    IMO it would be very inconsiderate of the community to demand exciting new content from a potentially limited staff.

    However, the releasing of the remaining Icon Swaps objectives should not be to difficult of a task and would give those quarantined at home something to grind to e.g an Early Zidane or Garrincha.

    Thoughts?
