Icon Swaps is the worst thing to happen in FIFA Posted: 06 Jan 2020 06:28 AM PST Seriously this brings nothing but disappointment. And here's why : You only have a set of selected icons 70% of which are useless. Before you had a selection of top icons available at most times including the best icons which were expensive as heck but still available. Now getting Gullit or Ronaldo prime will be impossible for 90% of the players. Getting tokens is 0% enjoyment, Playing with first owned Saudi players or some other shit against Legendary AI is hardly fun and I'm not even talking about online objectives. Getting good players will require 12+ tokens which will drive people nuts playing so much. No SBC completion enjoyment. Before you had the fun in finding ways to complete icon SBC, getting packs, using untradables. This was actually interesting to do. Not the terrible token grind. Icons becoming useless. The SBC that required icons were a way to recycle icon cards that became obsolete later in the game. Alternatively, you could recycle a bad pull from the baby icon SBC and at least get that 100k pack getting closer to an icon you'd actually use. Now the icons just sit in the club with no purpose. People in lower divisions getting fucked up by good players deliberately relegating to complete objectives, Overall, I feel this innovation is a complete fail that brings close to no enjoyment in completing. I recently found the excel sheet I made a while back that allowed me to calculate which SBC Player Rating combination was cheapest. I updated it just now and thought I'd share it with everyone here on Reddit, since you have all helped me out with my FIFA experience as well. If this doesn't become very popular then that's fine, I just hope that it saves some of you some coins when doing an SBC. For those of you who don't know, the prices of FUTBIN solutions are often not very accurate, because the players in these solutions tend to skyrocket in price (usually temporarily). So, it can be much cheaper to just think of a solution yourself. That's what this spreadsheet is for. I'll try to include some pictures that should make it clearer what I mean.
