    EDIT: I've seen lots of people make the point that the Ben Yedder SBC wasn't immediately fixed, it was taken down. My main point is that if something is a benefit to us, they either remove it or fix it quickly to minimize the mistake.

    Support Group for Those Who Got No Picks

    By claiming our rewards too late, not only do we now have to wait until whenever EA gets around to fixing the error to get any picks at all, we also will only get one set of rewards. Those who claimed them earlier got bugged packs but will likely be able to double dip. So in reality, we are just going to be waiting days to get Ocampos and Lucas Perez while watching everyone else use their shiny new picks.

    EA has a great opportunity to do a really nice thing towards the community in regards to the Red Picks (but they won’t)

    So, the red player pick fiasco

    Got 4 Superlig players in my G1 pick, and well, I'm part of the group that they are addressing the issue

    If they choose only one side to be compensated, they'll get bashed everywhere. There's not a possibility this won't happen

    But they have a really great opportunity to do something really nice towards the community

    And it's quite simple. Just give everyone who didn't claim their rewards the first set of picks (the bugged one). Really, everyone, from Bronze to Top 100.

    Then after doing that, give it, again to everyone, the corrected set of rewards.

    I can't imagine one single person complaining about it. It would be a freaking nice touch by them admitting they fucked up the situation for a lot of people. And everyone would get the same rewards they were supposed to have, only to have it doubled.

    Of course they won't do it considering how things work with them. But I really can't imagine a better scenario that wouldn't make it unfair for a portion of the player base

    (Ok, maybe the ones who didn't play last weekend, but well, then you have no voice in this issue)

    What do you think about it?

    Why EA Needs to Compensate Everyone for TOTS Red Picks

    This is a completely different situation compared to the previous error where red picks where replaced with gold players. That error resulted in people having a selection of any gold player, making the picks effectively worthless.

    In this case, anyone who claimed their rewards and was able to select players, even if none were LaLiga, received at least two 90+ rated SBC fodder for free. Depending on the console, that is over 100k worth of coins that late claimants will not have had access to, at no fault of their own.

    For some people, these picks are the last piece to completing time sensitive SBCs, and there is a reasonable expectation that every Thursday morning you will get something from red picks. Assuming EA do not re-release the picks before 1PM EST, many players could be at a competitive disadvantage, solely due to an EA error.

    And that is not even getting into the competitive imbalance of G1+G2 players potentially receiving more picks than Elite tier players.

    EDIT: To clarify, I believe everyone should have gotten the chance to open the bugged picks, and at a later date EA release the corrected ones. This keeps everyone on a level playing field and does not upset the competitive balance. Unlike the previous issue with gold players instead of reds in picks, the "affected" players did still get something of significant value

    Listen. Im going to speak about gold 2 and gold 1.

    If you opened your red picks, you get two extra.

    If you didnt open your red picks, you will get four.

    Simple as that.
