    Apparently we're the only two dumb enough to play this week. Split and went 1-1, neither game was close. 4-0 one game, 5-1 the next. Everything went his way the first game and everything went my way the next....its ridiculous, felt like each game had been decided before it began.

    Every game feels this way, like I have so little control over what happens, but seeing it against the same guy in back to back games swing so wildly is insane

    Mid inzaghi out of icon pack

    After completing objectives today i ended with an icon pack and got mid inzaghi. I can officially announce ive been lucky enough to officially get every version of this card throughout the year. My first baby icon upgrade was him. Then i skipped the mid. Got him for my prime upgrade for swaps. Got pim on the second pim upgrade and now this one. Amazing how none of his cards were useable the whole year.

    Am new to FUT and online as part of Fifa, have only really spent years playing a bit of casual semi-pro against AI.
    So weirdly my placement matches dropped me in Div 9 with a skill of 250 something.
    Having now lost 20 games in a row, despite trying my absolute best and reading up on tactics and practicing, my lil gold team couldn't do much against opponents with years of experience and teams rammed with SH and TOTS cards.
    Finally hit the big 0 today! - Surely the only way is up now?!

    looking back FIFA 17 had the best gameplay

    - you could score from tiki taka, counters, possession, crosses, any way that works in football

    - finesse shots were good but so were across keeper shots and low drivens

    - headers worked as they should (if player has good heading stats in good position he will score 9 times out of 10)

    the only complaint that I can remember of was the unrealistic moonwalk dribbling and that's it aside from DDA/servers

    Why is Division Rivals sweater than fut champs?

    I'm division 6 and most games are as hard or harder than my hardest games in fut champs and I'm a gold 2/1 player.

    The dda definitely feels more prevalent in DR than WL

    Has anyone tried sticking to low rated squads to improve yourself in Div Rivals?

    Give it 10 games or so (you'll mostly get battered) before switching to your original squad. It really helps in your decision making skills due to the limitations and constraints you face with a low rated squad.

    Any G1/E3 players ever been annihilated by a top 100 player?

    I thought I was good at Fifa (usually finish G1 with the occasional E3), and then my first game of weekend league I come up against a top 100 player.

    I was 8-0 down after 55 minutes lmao, but my head went after 3/4-0 to be fair. I just couldn't defend a single attack they put together. Such a morale killer haha, it's the first time all year that I've been legitimately battered by someone. This happened to anyone else?

    It's been like this for at least the last few years on FiFA, that chipped through balls are just so bad, like they almost always go to the defender and not to the space in front of your attacker like you want it too.

    I don't think PES is a better game, but the chipped through balls on PES are a million times better than FIFS's.. i just don't undetstand how EA can't fix this...
