    The excitement, that is.

    I'm seeing screenshots left and right, new icons new OTW but my excitement remains at zero

    Never thought I would see the day where the game didn't matter to me at all but we are here

    I used to wait in line at GAME at 12 midnight on release day but now I wouldn't even have a reaction if the game was delayed for a year

    But that's not to say that should be everyone's reaction or feeling, some people are just starting to enjoy fifa, some are a few years in etc - we can't all have the same feeling so o respect those you can't wait for the release of fifa21

    The rinse and repeat has finally got me, is there FIFA viagra?

    Hello!

    I'm back with another pack result, this time we will look in to the 86+ player picks.

    I was not sure on how to analyze the players picks, since you can only choose one out of five options, so they can be a bit weird to read.

    Let's start with the the bar charts, here we take in consideration all 5 options, so out of 780 (5*156) players we are able to extract some probabilities.

    We can clearly see that most of the options are low rated fodder, mostly gold rare players worth less than 100'000 coins, rated 86 to 88.

    But with these graph the player pick can be a bit misleading, since these take into account all the 5 options and not only the most expensive player.

    What's interesting is the median and avg. value of the picks, here only the most expensive player is used.

    The median value is quite low compared to the cost of the SBC (~120'000 coins), basically the half. But by moving a bit further we find that we break even at around the 55th percentile.

    Should you do the SBC? (personal opinion)

    If your team is already quite stacked and need 1+ mill to upgrade someone, then do it without thinking twice.

    If your team is quite cheap and investing 120'000 coins is way too much, then maybe skip this SBC.

    About 55% of the picks will break even with the cost of the SBC, maybe you won't even use that player.

    I lost every close match and every penalty shootout. Not one rebound went my way and my defenders were falling over more than I can count.

    Still got to G2 with a few games to spare but overall a horrible WL, I'd be pulling my hair out if I had any on my head.

    The ping was also bouncing around more than other weekends 35-65ms which is weird given EA have made recent server upgrades in the area.

    I really don't understand this game sometimes. Like when my player is threw on goal then a defender bodies him of the ball that is no foul?, whenever my opponent bring out the keeper and the keeper blocks my chip outside of the box with his hands that is not a foul?.

    EA Should have literally put the best version of every card in packs for this promo

    The only 'best of' card I've seen since this promo started was TOTS Mahrez in my 89+ double upgrade pack, and even that was an untradeable duplicate. And it's not even like I don't open a lot of packs, I like grinding the league sbcs and completing the challenge sbcs if I think they're worth it. Honestly it was just much better in Summer Heat where you were getting special cards left right and center. Even if it was a pretty useless winter refresh card or something it was just fun. So why have they reigned that in now and made it so only the absolute best special cards are out there? Why not just have it so if any card has got a special version they get put back in packs. Whether it's a 88 rated future stars, 92 rated TOTS, 76 rated TOTW, etc. just put them in. I mean it's august why the fuck not, just let us enjoy ourselves instead of only putting cards in packs that have an unbelievable low drop rate.
