    I invested 3.2mil coins into hummels when the market crashed over the weekend and you could pick him up for 17/18k on bids...imagine my absolute joy when I saw they had released the hummels SBC and they started flying out at 6k each more than I paid for them, for the first time ever; Thankyou EA

    An unpopular opinion on Icon Swaps/Icon SBCs

    I'm going to be honest with you, if we only had Icon SBCs and not Icon Swaps, I would probably have zero Icons in my team. I don't trade (because honestly it's not worth the effort and time it takes to learn, it's a fucking football video game, why should I have to try to understand meta-economics), and I'm not a high div player making hundreds of thousands of coins a week, so I wouldn't have been able to complete any Icon SBCs currently. Instead, I've got 3 solid Icons in my team (Carlos, Zambrotta, and VDS) all from Swaps and tried 6 in total.

    However, this doesn't mean I think Swaps has been an all-around success. EA bottled it horribly by making a majority of the choices average-to-bad cards, only allowing us to grind for the cards they say we can, and locking the tokens to a specific time frame.

    TL;DR: Swaps is a great idea that was enacted poorly. I'm grateful for the fact that it's made Icons more accessible for people like me, however, most of these Swaps Icons have been mediocre cards. Ideally the best thing for them to do would've been to release Swaps and SBCs simultaneously. If they wanted to keep the price of Icon SBCs down, they could've just removed the Iconic SBC requirement.

    Seriously it's a requirement for tons of sbcs, if I need to buy 11 rares for an sbc why the hell cant I filter out the non rares.

    Leicester born musician Kamakaze features on this year's soundtrack with 'Last Night'.

    He is currently playing for Dagenham and Redbridge, but on FIFA 15 he was playing for Luton - and featured in ultimate team.

    Must be a first for a double feature in FIFA?
