    HELP NEEDED - Cheated out of the 24th win

    Hi,

    I play on PC and i was on 23 wins, going for the 24th win for the player objective.

    I was 5-1 and he paused it, then when the game resumed it lagged, he disconnected and it said match result will be reviewed. I didnt get the win but i lost the game, so 24 wins is over.

    Ironically you can see the game on the champs channel if you go to my name "Nathan_B-LFC-96" his name is "jzzNN".

    Ive contacted ea support and theyve basically said tough. Which makes me never want to play this game again.

    Ive seen some nice stories of the fifa reddit getting things noticed so hopefully this will..

    If you buy all the balls from the fifa catalogue on the home screen, when you go into FUT you can quick sell them all for 36 coins each. Quick 1500 coins if you need them

    I casually play a bit of Fifa. My son, also likes to play a bit of Fifa. He has his own account. Recently hes started going onto my account to play because i have better players. This is without my knowledge. Anyway, one thing leads to another and i've lost 500 dollars in fifa points the last week. I got in touch with ea help about the issue. And they are now threatening to ban my account because of this. I have a Origin premiere membership, and have spent hours progressing in other games aside from fifa like battlefront. Apparently what i did was "game sharing" and i therefore broke their terms of service. Absolutely f**ing ridiculous

    EDIT: Still talking to 'Deepak' on EA help. He says they have made an exception in my case regarding to the Fifa points. Asked him what that mean but they were vague and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Anyone know what that means?

    EDIT: Thanks everyone for the advice involving chargebacks. But unfortunately I can't chargeback without risk of losing credit score.

    I decided to delete the game and wanted to spend my coins on some packs before I go. Opened 10 Ultimate Packs, got Alisson, Sterling, Eriksen and 297 discards (granted, some of them were Tadic and a few 83s, but none above 2-3k). At most 150k return on a 1.2m invested. So, if you planned on actually buying packs, please reconsider.

    Seriously. The delay tonight is absurd.

    Losing games by one goal because of awful, slow, delayed gameplay.

    Match me in a game where I'm not going to lag. I'd rather get trounced 5-0 on a good connection where I can influence my players actions, than lose 2-1 in a cement-fest.

    It's almost refreshing to get a good connection and lose, because at least you can learn from it. What do I learn from lagging for 20 minutes? Zero.

    Seriously, SAVE your packs. People have been reporting getting waves of basic Conmebol players, even silvers and bronzes, in their guaranteed rare packs. EA claimed on their Twitter that they acknowledged the bug and fixed it but THIS IS NOT TRUE. Pack weights have been completely destroyed and I have serious doubt whether EA will actually offer compensation to the affected, which has to be now in the several hundreds and thousands, if not more.
