I think EA should switch weak foot to a stat rather than 1-5 stars. Posted: 15 Jun 2020 05:12 PM PDT As far as we know each star represents 20%. so its 20-40-60-80-100 for 1-5 star weak foot. With a stat the best of the best could be reserved for actual two footed players. Along with that in forms could feel more like upgrades as their weak foot would also get upgraded. we wouldnt have to rely on promos to fix some cards and there would be this huge disparity between players like mbappe. Hopefully he gets what he deserves with this promo Posted: 15 Jun 2020 06:30 PM PDT |
Is it normal to lose interest the moment I achieve my 'ultimate' team? Posted: 15 Jun 2020 12:59 PM PDT I've reached a point where there isn't a single thing I'd change about my squad, and yet I no longer have the motivation to play with the team I spent all year grinding towards. Like what's all that about? [link] [comments] |
Posted: 15 Jun 2020 03:29 PM PDT Losing a game and then trying to click through the screens about your rank, champs points and division is one of the most frustrating things ever. It takes so long it's unbelievable [link] [comments] |

[LONG POST] Reviewing EVERY TOTSSF player I've used thus far, most major leagues covered Posted: 15 Jun 2020 10:27 AM PDT All of these players have been used for a minimum of 15 WL matches. Most of them, for a full WL. I'm not reviewing GKs because they're all kind of shit. Let's begin! Defenders: Diego Carlos (91): He's really, really fast but he always left a bit to be desired. Fantastic for the links though Upamecano (93): Very similar to Diego Carlos but much more capable in the physical aspect Davies (92): Class LWB or LM in a 352 setting. Offers a threat in the attack and catches up to everyone in defence. Hakimi (91): OK option for a RB. Budget friendly Mukiele (89): Fraud. TAA (95): Wasted at RB, class CDM/CM Wan-Bissaka (90): One of the best defensive RBs in the game, don't go foward with him at all. Smailling (94): Smalldini indeed! This card is phenomenal and stupid cheap. Carvajal (94): Performed better as a CB than a RB. Recommended if on a budget. Cuadrado (92): Felt the same way as Hakimi, 5* skills make him ideal for a 352 RM. Hummels (96): Shockingly amazing, especially as a lone CDM in a 41212, or a central CB in a 3/5atb formation De Vrij (95): Absolute monster, rapid enough to catch up with players and just bully them off the ball Tagliafico (93): His WF is really bad, other than that, class LB Midfielders: Marco Reus (95): Magnifique. An absolute monster that dominates any part of the attacking pitch. Frenkie De Jong (94): Honestly you've probably heard enough about 94 De Jong ever since TOTY. He's an amazing card and still holds up. Robin Gosens (90): Way better than expected. Can play anywhere from LB all the way to LW, with CM/CDM not being a bad option for him. Do him for the packs! Milinkovic-Savic (94) Every time you run with this guy it seems like he's about to trip over his own feet, yet he always manages to do something magical. Toni Kroos (96) His sprint speed leaves a lot to be desired, but he's a class attacking CM who can score long shots with either foot Brandt (90): He's OK. A budget reus if you will Pozuelo (93): I'm in love with this card. Feels amazing on the ball, finishes about everything, and feels amazing to control Ignacio Fernandez (94): Standard Gullit-gang minor league TOTS midfielder Sosa (92): ^ Attackers: Richarlison (93): Most people believe that he was nerfed from his initial form and I believe that to be true. He used to be phenomenal, and while he's still very good, I believe there are better options out there. Luis Suarez (97): Mama mia, the runs this guy makes and his finishing ability is second to none. Felt amazing to use, and there's a reason he's over 700k while being a 34 Haaland (95): The sheer power of his shots is second to none. And his presence is massive on the pitch; it's like having vieira as an attacker. Very niche type of player, but one I had a lot of fun using. Quincy Promes (95): Way too expensive to play out wide as he will dissapear most matches. Class CAM/ST though Mahrez (95): Jesus he's very cheap now. This card felt phenomenal in game, 54 is always a nice addition, and he's a bad gameplay survivor Felipe Anderson (92): Way better options for the price. Doesn't exist Karim Benzema (97): Same as Suarez, but with less balance/agility. Still a very clinical finisher who can run fine enough. Serge Gnabry (93) Surprisingly excelled at a CAM position in a 3412, he feels great in game, can pass the ball, and his finishing is OK. Adama (89): Perfect budget option if you don't use your wingers too much, a pace merchant. Not much more. Gerard Moreno (93): Meh. Visca (93): My favorite super-sub, always does something interesting. Moses Simon (88): Stunning for the price he's sitting at. Much recommended if you're on a budget. If you made it this far! Thanks for reading. If you need a more in-depth opinion about any player you're considering to buy, just let me know. [link] [comments] |

The Lack of In depth Stats on Fifa kills its life cycle alot faster Posted: 15 Jun 2020 09:06 AM PDT Im a basketball fan (and play it), you wouldnt believe the endless conversations that go on when discussing stats, to the point fans can recall things of memory that arent even the obvious stats like shots, assists, block, steals per game etc etc but im talking DEEP stats, like shots made in clutch time, decisions made in the final 30, makable shots under pressure (i dont even know how you can stat that). Now while not all of those are on NBA 2K for example, alot are. So where the hell is fifas?? Where are the stats for: goals scored on SF/WF, Scored game winners, goals from long range, Goals in the box, successful skill moves PG, Successful dribbles PG & etc etc etc Think of youre favourite fifa NON meta cards (TOTGS Martinez for me). If you check their stats it might not be the most impressive thing, but you personally know the key moments that card helped you through, whether thats securing your highest position on Champs for the 1st time or all the times yo clutched up to stop yourself losing. Why isnt there a tangible way to see that impact when you look at your favourite cards More importantly it does 2 things: 1) Actually gives players a noticeable way to improve their gameplay. If i notice my striker is better at long range shots i may move him to cam and stay on edge of the box, if i notice my CAM is elite at 1 on 1s i may play him as a winger/ stay wide. Being able to customise your tactics & playstyle to your needs instead of copying whatever pro players say is the way forward would go along way would make the game more fun 2) People are more likely to spend due to an attachment than competitive reasons. The skill gap in this game is insane. Gold 1 - Elite 3 is a massive difference and most people arent willing or even care to put the time in to make that gap, i was gold 1 player before my insane team i have now... im still Gold 1 😂. so trying to get people to buy for competitive reasons isnt gonna work (outside of those who are new to the game & those who have cash to burn). However i could see people spending cause they wanna build around their favourite card with the crazy stats and keep that going. There is a reason people post cards on here with 1000 games/goals/assists.. its cause it means something and those are youre rudimentary stats. I think youre more likely to spend to keep thise stats running cause you formed an emotional attachment to a card anyway this was a long winded rant cause i was watching Skip & Shannon, so my bad. Hope everyones staying safe out there. [link] [comments] |
