    I shouldn't be afraid of starting a game in case it lags.

    I shouldn't have button presses mysteriously disappear.

    If I press a button, the game should act on it.

    The game shouldn't lag at the final whistle.

    Menus shouldn't be as slow as they are.

    Quick buying a fitness card should need to be done on the 21st page of the auction tab.

    I shouldn't be matched with people overseas when there are thousands of players in my region.

    I SHOULD BE ABLE TO PLAY A GAME IN A PROMO WITHOUT IT OPERATING SUBOPTIMALLY

    Other games handle online gaming with up to 100 players and beyond. You shouldn't be struggling to provide a stable game for *two*.

    The most frustrating part of this game is that underneath all the bullshit, the game isn't half bad. It's actually pretty fun. When it works.

    Fix your shit EA, because you said delay was your focus for FIFA 20 and all we have had is you deny the issue, and the release of a fucking button overlay to try and discover an issue that both of us know is there.

    Myself and so many of my friends (aware that's not much) are giving it a miss after the shitshow this year has been. Solve the issue and you have a half decent game, even with the predatory psychological warfare you utilise to fund your revenues. But for crying out loud, just fix your damn game!

    Now what I'd love is if this community could get together and dodge the toxicity that this toxic game forces upon you. Instead of #FixFIFA, there just needs to be a simple message of if issues aren't resolved, you won't buy the game. Just like it's an opportune time for CoreyEA to pop up for TOTS, it's an opportune time for players to make a bit of a stand and let EA know their next title needs to be better. Unlikely, I know. But wouldn't you love to fucking see it.

    I hate that only meta players are viable in this game. The reason that 99 agility and balance is so sought after is because when the server lag hits you, they are still slightly useable. You ever tried using a big, low agility player when you're lagging? Euro truck simulator flashbacks.

    DON'T PLAY TONIGHT!!!

    Guys don't play tonight at all! I mean AT ALL! Usually an elite player. Never lost a single game in first 5 matches the whole year. I was grinding soooo much tonigh and managed to win 3 out of 4 games rn. Passes are tooo waaay slow players sluggish and defenders turn like a truck. I haven't seen anything like this before ngl.

    An 88-rated team requirement today is equal to an 85-rated team six weeks ago, so big SBCs aren't suddenly poor value.

    It's unreasonable to claim these SBCs have been 'too expensive'. Mertens can probably be done for 150-200k by most people here. I'm glad we're getting some big SBCs and it's only logical they have some big requirements.

    Far too addictive had to delete. Would waste my money and instantly regret it.

    Edit: to everyone saying it's stupid and not a reasonable addiction. gambling addiction is very real, and while this is minor (and I found my solution) some people's problems are far more serious when it comes to gambling addiction. It's not fair to just dismiss them for being "unreasonable" or "stupid"

    All day, every day, every weekend, it's the same type of complaining about one thing or another, and well there's times where I'll reply to posts but just to help. Give some positive feedback.

    And well I just had a realization..a lot of times this games triggers and upsets its player base...but in reality the player base does nothing to avoid it..you all just let the anger flow through your veins...and lash out..so EA developers are doing their job..because you get angry..and it goes back to your team.."if I just had neymar" and it's a constant cycle that drives this money machine we know as FIFA..

    So I decided to give you guys some tips to not let the 12 years old shushing you drive you mad. To not let the developers have their way with you Psychologically, and to help with all the negativity within the community.

    I've been playing FUT since FIFA 11, and I probably raged more in the earlier titles but after I started taking control of my emotions , the raging stopped, and I realized in the end it's just a game that only has a short life span (not even a year) and everything we go through now will be pointless when 21 comes out.. so why waste your time raging.

    Okay sorry for the long post here are the tips:

    • practice meditation, especially before your FIFA sessions like WL. Even just FIVE minutes will make a difference, but do it everytime you're going to do a long session. But clearing your mind will help you stay more composed in game and you won't rage as quickly. Learn the benefits of meditation with your own research and you will see why it helps!

    • take a break after a 2-3 game losing streak. I'll see posts like "bro I haven't won a game in 15 games, Can someone help?" Yes dude you can help yourself. Put the controller down, or if you can't start doing SBCs. Everyone would love to go on a 10 game win streak.. no one would want to go through a 10 game losing streak, so idk why you guys keep doing that to yourself. I do like a 20-30 min break if I lose three in a row. Or I won't come back until I feel completely different from when I stepped away. You may need more time than 20-30, but take the time off.

    • we got 14 year old Jimmy shushing you to the halfway line...and what do you all do? You watch the entire celebration and replay knowing it will trigger you. Here's a crazy idea..look away from your screen. EA wants your eyes on the screens especially during triggering times because psychologically it will make you believe your team could be better, so you'll grind or buy FP to get that upgrade and rinse and repeat until they make their annual Billion. People love being on their phones but don't think they can be on it for 15 seconds while little Jimmy has his fun.

    Now I hope this didnt come off as a a-hole, but little things like this have helped me over the years to the point where I have no reaction to "triggering" celebrations, and well if you all practice these things maybe it won't be so toxic around here! Much love to everyone around the world. GL in your WL games during this Ultimate TOTTSF! I just want everyone to do their best!!
