    I played FUT religiously from Fifa 10-13 and spent hundreds of USD, got scammed out of a team sale, and played thousands and thousands of games between those 4 years. After getting scammed (I was a lot younger and got paypal/ebay scammed) I vowed to never touch ultimate team again.

    I decided to try Fifa on next gen (PS5) 8 years later, and definitely not spend any money. I was so overwhelmed at first. What are all these challenges and objectives? Whats an SBC? O thats cool I don't get my cards back... what are all these promos? You can get rewards from playing against the computer? Whats a FUT champion? There's so much to do!

    I think all there was when I played was TOTW and TOTY. There might of been TOTS but definitely not more than that. It was all pack luck. All of it. The rewards for rivals or whatever it was called were horrendous and coins only. I have only played maybe 250 games this Fifa and my team is insane, for my standards. Never would of thought of having a team like this. So much opportunity. Free objective cards, fun SBC's.

    So to everyone complaining about the content. You definitely don't realize or take into account how far Ultimate Team has actually come. Im about to wrap up my team at the end of the week and have had an absolute blast. It was a pleasant surprise.

    I don't know how this will be met or if other people share this belief to the extent I do but I personally find it shocking that as a community we haven't made more of an issue of the fact that the only (really) relevant stat in this game is pace. The fact that so many brilliant players are completely unusable because EA in their infinite wisdom have decided to weight this game so aggressively towards pace is a travesty.

    If you were to translate this game's mechanics to the real game then 80% of footballers would be out of a job. It's a joke. What is the point of having 17,000 players in game if only 30 are usable?

    I'm sick to death of watching Varane steamroller everything and everyone I throw at him, Mbappe blitzing my entire team from kick off, Neymar ghosting past my fullback, just because I refuse to play to the meta and try to use the cards of my favourite players rather than speed merchants. It's sad to see a game I've loved and played for over 10 years degraded to these levels.

    Surely even monetarily it would make more sense for there to be a few hundred really desirable cards on the market as opposed to a few dozen. The variation would make the game more interesting and create value across the market meaning the players with that very slight edge would fetch a greater premium on a more level (accurate) playing field.

    All I'm saying here is that Prime Pirlo should be represented as superior to Moussa Sissoko, or that Bobby Moore, a World Cup winning captain, shouldn't be useless in comparison to Nathan Ake in a game that is supposedly the pinnacle of football simulation.

    Unless there are drastic changes to the gameplay and the toxic micro transactional model of the game I'm resolved that this will be the last time I buy FIFA and that really saddens me to say because this was once a game I genuinely enjoyed playing and have devoted countless hours to.

    Almost everytime they try after kickoff. It annoyed me first week and probably conceded every second match, now it just makes me chuckle and a free ball back.

    This guy is absolutely cracked. 7 games of Rivals and he's scored 10 and assisted 5 from the cam position. His weak foot is not a problem, and do not let that hold you back from doing this card. His dribbling is insanely good, and he is very quick on and off the ball. He barely misses from open shots, and his through balls are on point. Even if he doesn't go into your starting 11, he's still the perfect late game attacking super sub to get a goal in crunch time. Definitely my favorite card on the game so far!
