    Firstly, I obviously I know there are issues around licencing and everything which I completely get and if EA can't put certain items in game for whatever reason that isn't always their fault.

    Putting that to one side it would be pretty fucking cool if there were unique rewards for finishing the different segments, your bronze and silver squads could have things like a tifo of the player and maybe a themed badge. Then as you get to the proper squads you get things like specific crowd chants and songs, then the further you go up you get to the really good items like retro kits for clubs they played for and/or their national team. Like I said I know there are so many issues around getting certain things in game but if you could for example only get the England 1966 kit by finishing the final sbc on PIM Bobby Moore, or the Germany 1990 kit for PIM Lothar Matthaus it'd be great and I think most people would appreciate it.

    Opinion: Only one card stat should be able to be boosted at a time and here is why!

    From my thoughts on this I think only boosting one card stat would make the game more balanced and actually allow a wider varierty of players to be used however I'm sure there will be arguements I have not thought of.

    Firstly it won't just make all strikers have a mix of elite shooting and pace. If you want the pace bosst you have to sacrifice the shooting and vice versa. A pretty good example would be Gabriel Jesus Vs Aguero, a popular player vs one you rarely ever see. If you could only boost one card stat then for Aguero you would likely go for Pace boosting his to 88 while already having 90 shooting now compare this to Jesus currently with a Hunter he has 95 pace and 88 shooting but imagine you could only have 95 pace and 82 shooting or 85 pace and 88 shooting. Now you actually have a choice if Jesus is actually better than Aguero IG. It would also make Special cards feel more special imo as the boosted stats would be more beneficial with only being able to boost one card stat on the base version.

    Bringing the same comparison to Centre backs I think this would be beneficial too as you can't jsut have Varane on a Shadow and now have eilte defending and pace, it is one or the other. Varane on a Shadow is currently 92 Pace and 96 defending, you can't get much better. If you could only boost one I feel it would make you more inclined to upgrade him. Comparing Varane and Moments Puyol on Shadows it is currently Varane 92 and 96 in pace and defending and Puyol 85 and 99. If you could only boost one stat Varane would be 82 and 96 or 92 and 87 compared to Puyol where you would boost pace so he would be 85 and 96. Yes you could still have a 90+ pace Varane but he would be a much worse defender than Puyol and if you boosted Varane's defending the he is actualy slower than Puyol. I think it gives people more to think about when choosing the players they use.

    I also feel this would help with the fullback at centreback meta as you couldn't boost both defending and pace. Fullbacks usually have a mix of high pace and good defending, example Kyle Walker. On 7 chem at CB, Walker now has 98 pace and 85 defending however with only one boost he has 98 pace and 80 defending or 92 pace and 85 defending. The first makes him fast with average defending while the second makes him no faster then Varane with worse defending if Varane is using the pace boost (92 pace and 87 defending).

    I know it makes some players less usuable for example Adama Traore now you could only boost his shootiing or passing and not both but that is the way it should be, not every attacker should have great shooting and passing with a chem style and not every defender should have great pace and defending. Now it makes things more interesting, do you want pure pace with lesser shooting or maybe good pace and shooting? Top pace and average defending or Great pace and great defending?

    EDIT: The point I am trying to make is not every attacker should have 90+ pace, finishing and dribbling and every defender shouldn't have 90+ pace, defending and physical. If you could only have one or two it leads to more options.

    What division are you in and what formation do you use?

    Just curious what skill level majority of this community is and what formation is used. I'm relatively a noob, as I know there are many div 1 players in this sub. I changed my formation recently from a 3atb (3-4-2-1) to 4atb (4-1-2-1-2(2)) and it did me wonders (as well as change my key players).

    I was struggling at div 8 but just now got to div 6! How about you guys? What division and what formations do you use? I want to pick high level players' brains and see what formations are used. If you can include why you use that formation that would be great!
