And yet, there's no punishment for playing a fullback at centre back. Imagine City just decided to rock up against United tomorrow with Zinchenko and Mendy at centre back against Cavani. | Posted: 05 Mar 2021 09:03 AM PST Its that time of year again when I craft up yet another anti-football brexit ball in a rainy cold night in stoke back to the FIFA reddit, due to popular demand of the 0.02% of us that use Targetmen in our gameplay. As a proud Burnley supporter I'm here to teach you the art of anti-football itself and how to sustain optimal efficiency. You will be seeing out the infamous nil-nil win every game. This tactic passed around the back leagues of England brought to spotlight by football connoisseur Sean Dyche in the English top flight has showed significant strengths in this years FIFA. The tactic relies around the same tactic used by the cavemen, the 4-4-2 (2) (yes the alternative). Why? Because having the likes of Harry Maguire and Ben Mee will ensure either the body or the ball will get by the midfield, but not both. We don't mind the occasional Jojo Shelvey and Mark Noble substitute when the tempo REALLY needs to be set in stone. Even the gaffa's putting in a challenge I like to think of this game as 2 sides. 1 is your side, you simply need the ball OUT of this side at all costs. You must rely on clearing the ball with the clearance button and not long passing it or lobbed through balling it unless you are sure of it. There is no punishment when losing possession from a clearance in this game. CPUs rotate differently before and after each transition of possession. You will not get caught out if you clear the ball. This is a numbers game. The other side is where you want to completely bully and control your opponent. Because most balls coming in from your side are clearances, the game will give you a more fair chance to win the ball in some way, or at least judge it a bit more obvious scenario. With your absolute units of mass you'll be having up top, these balls will only go a certain distance over the strikers no matter what their pace is. The landing of the ball varies between the stats of the receiving attacker and defender. This is a numbers game. Regardless of the scenario you will statistically have a better chance of retaining possession letting the RNG of the ball landing play its part, than play your cards passing out the back and being absolutely fucked when you lose the ball in your own half and almost always concede from, that's when big Sean Dyches mind comes into play. The odds of them fucking up off a complete restart of the play before the ball gets back to your half is surprisingly high. This is a numbers game. *discipline - This is what makes the system tick. (Following this flow chart) will train your mind to understand the black or white system of how to play. We are not here to play a pretty game. We are here to win and frustrate your opponents. Simple. Now starting with the back line you are going to want to practically never control these players. Put high rated CBs at all spots to ensure the cpu's perform at maximal performance. This is a numbers game. Pace doesn't matter. The game will ensure at least 1 chance of recovery before a goal scoring opportunity (if all defenders are in correct positioning), unless you are really hit hard on a counter. If the game auto switches you to a defender then it is practically telling you this is the last chance to make a tackle before a goal is conceded. Make sure these guys were brought up in only the best academies in England and can put in a tackle. In the middle you want to show your opponent you have more creativity in your fingernail then he does entirely by chucking 4 extra defenders in. Regardless you will get 7 chem with all of them if following the system. Decent pace wingbacks on the side to whip in crosses and absolutely leg bashing CBs to do the dirty work in the middle of the park. Snap the legs and get it the fuck out. The only dribbling you will be doing with the CDMs in the occasional hold up in your opponents half but you only need to hold the shield button. On the defense these 2 will be your most actively controlled players, so you want to be confident with your picks. Make sure you are running around these 2 like a game of pro clubs and always pressing from behind the striker and taking him out whenever possible. Frustrate your opponent and exploit his weakness. Now up top is reserved for only the most elite targetmen the sports ever seen. This is a numbers game. Believe it or not, you have a better chance scoring when you lay off the sprint button and let your own CPUs catch up to the play to cross it. Again, this is a numbers game. With proper utilization of the bully botton (left trigger) you should never be losing the ball off these 2 as their only jobs are to hold up the ball, win headers, and to play your odds winning the ball in their half after a clearance. When you're comfortable enough and your opponent is lining up his controller for the window, you will be able to exploit numerous opportunities to spin off the defender with this button and be free on goal. Besides Andy Carrol and Englands own Charlie Wyke, the honorable mentions for this role are IF Ajoeque, Ibrahimovic, Drogba, and Ashley Barnes. Instructions n such. I play with Balance set to everything default except long balls on my offense, Get in behind on the strikers, and Get back on defense with the midfielders. On Ultra Defensive I got 3/3 widge-depth and dropback/possession with everything on the lowest. Instructions of course set to get back on all players. This is not what wins games. You are here for the clean sheet. 0 goals let up regardless what happens on the attack is the objective. The results of what you do in your opponents half just narrows down to the numbers. But you have about 30%-50% of getting the ball back from a clearance before it comes back to your side in which then you just need to get it the fuck out. I can't spend another minute wasting my time on such a bad game so.. Not winning crosses? Focus on the run of the striker more. Not winning the ball after clearances? Watch the receiving defenders head to see where he's passing it Conceding? You got 8 defenders come on. Up the Brexit ball. Smash it up and smash your opponents [link] [comments] |

| What my mates and I used to do Posted: 05 Mar 2021 03:34 PM PST Whenever school ended for the day, my 5 mates and I would set up a little FIFA tournament with a table so who would be top and who would be bottom. We would all play 1 game with each other and we would tally up the scores after everyone played their games. The bottom two would play to see who finished last and second last. The top four would play a semi-final to see who would make it to the final. If they lost the semi-final, they would have to play for 3rd or 4th place. And the final two would play to see who would be victorious at the end. It was a fun, creative thing to do and I wonder if anyone did anything like this with their mates? [link] [comments] |

Tactics: Tactics: Short Translation: Defensive Pressing after possesion loss Offense: Long Ball Playstyle: It is like the pressing football from Klopp at Liverpool and Dortmund, you team stays very high with 7 Depth and just 4 witdh. The most CB and CDM have not good Passing and dribbling stats and this are the players who got the pressing from my players. After Winning the ball we play fast upwards to the box because we are not the fan of possesion tiki taka play, we are searching fast for a shooting opurtinity with fast one touch passes. And for fast build up the narrow formation is godlike becauase you have many triangels to make fast l1/lb passes. Look at the Picture what i mean with the triangels. Player Instruction:
Alternative : This is my main Formation which i play 80% of the time, but there is time to time where you have to switch you formation.

Feels like playing in cement, I wish it were like mud. Even the menus are laggy as fuck. There's noticeable delay just switching tiles in the home menu...
