| PIM Gullit - An Initial Review Posted: 19 Jul 2021 05:17 PM PDT Unlike many on this sub, I was pretty excited when I logged in at 6pm on Sunday and found the Gullit SBC. I was taken aback a little at the 25 squads but there was never a question of me passing on it. I've always wanted Gullit in my team and, although late in the game, I relished the chance to own one of my favourite cards. I run a first owner team and have traded enough over the course of this cycle to hold many millions liquid, countless untradeable fodder and fully stocked club of tradeable fodder picked up during the crash on Friday night. I've heard the naysayers talk of the power curve perhaps passing Gullit by. This was a real concern for me as, in midfield alone, I have TOTS De Jong, PtG Verratti, PIM Matthaus and Prime Cruyff. After approx three hours of submitting squads, I finally completed Gullit. Sadly, my Weekend League was complete so I turned to Division Rivals to try out my new card. Here's my current team with the inclusion of Gullit (De Jong has been benched). I played 8 Division Rivals games with Gullit in this formation as right sided CM in 41212(2). Whilst this isn't the basis for a detailed review, I've drawn the following observations:
In total over the course the 8 games I played, Gullit was a phenomenon. He scored 1 And assisted 7. Goal scoring from his position was never a priority and his role offered so much more than goals/assist. In summary - I've no regrets in completing him and expect he won't be hanging his boots up for my club until the end. Feel free to fire any questions at me should you have any. [link] [comments] |

| Have opponents been celebrating more or is it just me? Posted: 19 Jul 2021 01:03 PM PDT I swear that around January or so, about 60 percent of my opponents would skip celebration (including the matches where I scored first, as I always skip). Now however, i would estimate about 75-80 percent do NOT skip and instead either let the guy run around while ostensibly mashing X or they let the entire thing play, complete with crowd shots. Considering that I consistently concede about one "centerback didn't lock on to the simple pass/pass that should have been intercepted bounced through/mbappe bridge into immediate weak foot tackle" goal per game, this is really driving me insane and overall I haven't played more than two games of FUT in a single day in months. Has anybody else noticed a shift in this or am I just mental? [link] [comments] |

| What ever happened to the scenarios mini games? Posted: 19 Jul 2021 09:53 AM PDT Everyone remember that there were certain real world scenarios in the game a few fifas ago. At one point there would be a new featured on. Is that completely gone now? I'm talking about something like "Score the winner with Sergi Roberto" against PSG like the 16/17 Champions League Remontada.
