    So I just came home from a usual monday workday to see what my girlfriend did for me...

    She made me a Fifa Adventcalendar and every day is another fut card with a photography of us, me or me with friends!

    The nation & club on every card are related to the place where the photo was taken.

    E.g we visited the Harry Potter Stuidos in May -> Nation England & Club Watford

    I'm a fut addict as most of us are and just started streaming Fifa a couple weeks ago...

    It's often not easy for her because I spend alot of time on Fifa... but she accepts it and knows how to make me happy!

    Please r/FIFA bring her to the top to appreciate her awesome work!!!

    After 300 wins doing the L1-R1 skip celebration, I have finally fallen. 9,5/10 people in Rivals insist on watching the whole thing just to piss people off. Even when I skipped myself. I am no longer holding my head high. The good vibes never spread. This community is sad. Time to dab my way into the next century.

    An effective BPM guide

    BPM. Bronze pack method. It works every year, but you have to get it just right to be truly effective. You can do it while watching Netflix, while on public transport or if you just need to take a break from the stress of gameplay.

    BPM works very well even at low budgets. 10k should be more than enough to get you going. So, how do you make the most of it?

    Everything below is what I do to make money with BPM. I am on PC, and obviously this is dependent on your pack luck and prices vary between consoles, but here is the consistent method I have found.

    Step 1. Open 400 coin packs. Never the 750 coin ones. Step 2. Check for League sbc players. Right now, we have the CSL, Ligue 1 and BuLi sbcs available. Check players prices if they are from these leagues. Some can be worth 6-7k or more. Even if this is not the case, I can sell all BuLi bronzes for 500 almost instantly, most Ligue 1 and CSL players sell quickly for 200 as well. Step 3. Look for other top 5 league cards (Serie A, Prem and La Liga) These also sell as people anticipate big league SBCs. These will almost always sell for 200 coins, make sure to check prices as they could be worth more. Step 4. Check for sqd fitnesses. These sell within 10 minutes for 800 coins without fail. During WL you can even get 1k each. Step 5. Check managers. Brazil almost always sells for 400-500. Dutch managers are usually 2-3k. Sometimes French and German managers also sell for 200. Step 6. Store all other players from bad leagues and use them in silver upgrades or hold them for a rainy day. Quicksell everything else Step 7. Duplicates--check the price. If you can sell for 200-300 within a couple of listing, do it. If it's obvious they're not selling, just discard them.

    A few notes: BPM is grindy but this efficient system can make you plenty of money. Also the silver upgrades will eventually give you expensive silvers, rinse the trash silvers into gold upgrades. Undercut a decent amount. It's better to quickly sell two cards for 500 rather than waiting for one to sell for 1000.

    If you have more time, check all player prices. Some might be in recent sbc solutions and be inflated. UNDERCUT THESE A LOT OTHERWISE THEY WON'T SELL AND YOU WILL FORGET ABOUT THEM.

    You can try selling other things but they usually just clog it up and don't sell fast enough.

    Damn boys. It's been a while since I last played SB and this week I'm playing for the objectives. What the hell happened?
    The gameplay is absolutely terrible. 5 at the back 1 depth drop back teams with opponent's Slabhead outpacing my Hazard.

    Damn. Send help pls.

    I still have 4 games to win with a Super Lig team and I can't wait to finish it.

    Fifa 20 was a good game, but with all the patches we're almost back to fifa 19

    Let me say that I know fifa 20 had issues at the start, especially the servers and player switching. Game was enjoyable after the shitshow fifa 19 was. At least the shooting was consistent back then.

    Now we have a game where everyone holds the ball and you can´t shoot from out of the box to counter 1 depth. Yes 1 depth is still viable and an issue. Too many rebounds and situations where attackers go through your defenders after 3 rebounds or weird situations. Tackles are bad. Cpu deffending is getting buffed with every update compared to how it was at the start of fifa 20. Defending took skill.

    Fifa 20 is now similar to fifa 19. Shooting is inconsistent. Too easy to defend. Tackles are weird. Player switching and dropping back with 1 depth is more OP than in 19.

    Only differences are pretty much that crossing is terrible, croquetas, and tornadoes are gone. Other than that fifa 20 is the same game as fifa 19 with more delay.

    I got elite 2 this week for the first time, but that doesn't mean the game is better. It's way worse and more boring to play in my opinion.

    As of Today, serie a does not have a proper right back, serie a got absolutely destroyed on RTTF, Atalanta is almost out, so there goes Papu, and Immobile as well. I was hoping for a flashback Balo but hell no, let's get another premier league player.

    I love SBC players. I don't have to worry about their price dropping. They actually feel like club icons because they never get sold. I always try to fit them in and they can become relevant again when a new TOTW or promo arrives.

    I know I can't sell them. I know I'm probably better off not doing them and saving my coins. But they are so much fun. My favourite player this year is Scream Navas. Love the little guy. Will use him all year long.

    He's an exception though, along with a couple of others. This year, I feel like EA is intentionally releasing no desirable player SBCs to control the fodder market. It works like a charm, but at what cost?

    For example, this RTTF promo has been very disappointing. Hardly any interesting players were released. The Flashback cards are either lackluster, terrible value or the same recycled ideas. And some leagues like the Serie A and Eredivisie are pretty much ignored.

    It's not all bad. I like the fact that we now have a La Liga and Ligue 1 POTM. But I would enjoy the game a lot more if the player SBCs were better value, more varied and more creative.

    TLDR: player SBCs are shit this year and I don't like it.

    Full Weekend League with Chelsea 2019/20

    Hello everyone, this weekend I played a full WL with a full Chelsea team as I have given up taking this game seriously due to the gameplay inconsistency.

    How the team looks like in-game

    I finished 19-11, very disappointing due to a DC in my 28th game. But still an achievement I am happy with considering it's my first full WL this year and using a very sub-par team. Anyways I had a lot of fun and will certainly do it again!

    A great return from the front three! Sadly I didn't record any gameplay, but will do next weekend if there's any interest!

    Player reviews:

    Kepa: Didn't make a single mistake the whole weekend and is very comfortable with the ball at his feet. Unfortunately this is where the positives stop, the man is totally unable to save any shot that you would expect to go in. Very frustrating but it could've been a lot worse I suppose.

    Grade: 6/10

    Reece James: Incredibly solid, with a shadow chemstyle his pace isn't an issue at all. Comfortable in build up with good passing. Reminds me a lot of Alex Telles as he has a similar stocky build. A very nice suprise as I was expecting him to be a liability. Not spectacular in any way but gets the job done.

    Grade 7/10

    Rudiger: Not good at all, he's slow and very dodgy tackling. His saving grace is that he can bully people of the ball and has good aerial ability. By far the highest rated defender in the team but plays like a total scrub, will give Zouma a chance next weekend.

    Grade 4/10

    Tomori: Wow, just wow. A fantastic defender, great pace and very good tackling. Also is a threat in the opposition box as he scored twice. For some reason he's also excellent at bringing the ball out from defense and goes on marauding runs. His biggest con is his defensive awareness which makes him a bit of a liability if not controlled by the user, but still a top Centre back.

    Grade: 8/10

    Emerson: While his right back counter-part was very solid and unspectacular Mr Emerson is the total opposite. Incredibly weak and hilariously bad at heading led to him being at fault for a couple of goals this weekend. On the other hand he is incredibly silky on the ball and inexplicatly can out-pace any winger. A very fun card with high peaks and low thoughs.

    Grade: 6/10

    Jorginho: Has the strength of a toddler and the pace of an infant, but despite this he still manages to be a a good DM. His tackling is great and his dribbling/passing makes him great at starting of attacks. Sadly I think that a lone DM in a 41212(2) is the only position where he'll be viable, his pace would get way too exposed if he had to shift out to defend on the wing.

    Grade: 7/10

    Kovacic: This man is an absolute monster in possession, very good passing and decent pace in combination with unmatched dribbling makes him very difficult to dispossess. His defense is ok for a cm but would be a big weakness if played as a DM and don't get me starting on his shooting...

    Grade: 7/10

    Barkley: Terrible, can't shoot, run, dribble or defend. His 5* wf makes him a good passer and his big frame allows him to dispossess people from time to time. Replacing him with Kanté would put elevate this team to a whole new level.

    Grade: 3/10

    Willian: Does everything you would expect a META player to do, runs fast with great dribbling and a fantastic finish. But there is a whole other aspect to his card. I think most people would agree that the CAM is the most vital player in a 41212(2), being the one that links together midfield and attack. A tremendous task on its own, but when the midfielders are slow in build-up and offer absolutely zero creativity while the attackers have terrible passing the task is close on impossible. Willian somehow manages to rectify this and easily does the job of two players at once, well and truly this season's Player of the Year.

    Grade: 9/10

    Abraham: Alright, he's strong, decently fast and has a finish on him. But the guy is totally incapable of creating space for himself and in addition to this has terrible passing. A very frustrating player, but very satisfying when his hold-up play works out.

    Grade: 6/10

    Pulisic: Absolutely fantastic, insane pace and dribbling and a suprisingly good shot. By far the top-scorer this weekend and single-handily won me many games. I can't recommend this guy enough! His grade takes a small hit due to some finishing incosistencies and average passing.

    Top moments:

    1. Batshuayi scoring a 120 minute equalizer and winning the penalty shoot-out.
    2. Barkley and Kovacic finally getting goals after 20+ games
    3. Forgetting to turn off high-press after a comeback from 0-2 to 3-2. I lost the game 3-5.
    4. Mason Mount getting a 20 minute run-out in my second game, after that performance he was moved from the bench to the reserves.

    When people don't play incredibly defensive this game can be really enjoyable

    I played someone who had a 10 million coin super team, and the entire game it was just so open. Neither of us were playing defensive. It was just fast paced, end-to-end gameplay with lots of goals. Neither of use abused any meta mechanics either. We just played like we wanted to have fun. It was honestly such a breath of fresh air for Rivals. I wish more people online would play like this. Thank you to that player for an awesome game. Hopefully there will be more like this in the future.

    If EA insist on giving us so many First Owner objectives then disconnects shouldn't use up our loan players.

    If the servers crap out, someone quits to relegate themselves or someone rage quits when they're level and give up a penalty our loan players still get used up. Loan players are incredibly valuable for these objectives and if the result doesn't count for the game our loans should stay as they are.

    Recent FIFA's have been kind of sub-par and I think the main reason for this is over competitiveness in rivals. Every single game I'm against an extremely good player. To compete in any match against good teams I need to have my best team possible. This means Kante, Varane, Mbappe etc

    I can no longer use the Brazilian skill team I used to love in fifa 12,13 etc and I miss that. I miss a casual game mode that was just for fun
