    Before you say anything, let me say it: I am an addict. It might sound simple to you, but might not for me. I haven't had a day I don't play Fifa in a long long time.

    I have a full time job and a family yet I play Fifa everyday after work, for hours. I have not missed a single Weekend League from the first time I played WL in May last year (I kid you not, I haven't missed a single one). I have played over 1100 games in Fifa 20 already. I prioritised Fifa on top of my work and my family in a lot of occasions...

    I don't put any money in Fifa points, but I spent countless time on the companion app and the market, also got frustrated, stressed, losing my sleeps when I lost lots of coins in the last few weeks.

    Today, once in a long time, I will stop playing Fifa after work. Surprisedly, thanks to FUTMAS. After seeing how shitty, desperate, of a company like EA, or meaningless Fifa 20 has become especially in this festive season. I hope I can continue with this and just play less and less, at a normal schedule like everyone else, not like how I had been in the last few months.

    Sorry for a long post. I just wanted to share. I am an addict.

    update 1: Wow, woke up and this thread blew up. Thanks everyone so much for the best wishes! I did skip playing last night, watched a movie with my wife, had a good 8h sleep!!! I also just did Diego Carlos SBC and sold almost all my cards. I don't see myself playing tonight either (probably another movie?). I am a gamer at heart, I have played a lot of different, competitive games before. And I do love the adrenaline rush from time to time. I will still play Fifa, and maybe other games too. I am not quitting at once, but I want to control my time, putting family and life at top priority instead.

    They'll probably release Prime Icons, but just like the second batch of swaps, they'll wait at least until Monday. That way people waste coins over the weekend and lose value after the new Icon Swaps are released.

    If Sevilla goes through (which they should on 99%), this card should be an 86 and it might still be one of the best CBs, even though it will be late February. Top value too, thanks EA.

    Two league milestone objectives. Eight league sbcs. No objectives for goals like the beta.

    We are in mid December, playing a game with a one year cycle and have barely any long term objectives. Do they expect us to be grinding for objectives in July??

    This game should have released with stacks of objectives like Call of Duty does every year. Even if the rewards were small if you can easily earn them over time who cares.

    Score 5/10/25/50/100/500 goals with Premier League players.

    Win 100 games with at least 5 Serie A players in your starting squad.

    Take 50 throw ins.

    Limitless amounts of objectives and we have very few. £50 for this shit is a joke and we all buy it because we all love the sport and are hooked on the game.

    Hope I don't get a lot of hate beacuse saying this, but I'm really enjoying the market at the moment. Most of the players are actually achievable, not like past years.

    Some people say that it sucks because when you pack a high rated player it doesn't mean anything because he is low value anyway, but that's partially true. For example, in FIFA 18 Dybala was , at this point, like 120/150k, 80k more than he is now; but is also true that in this market we have baby icons for 150k, a lot of high rated cards for real bargains. Also, the coins you get from rewards make it so much better. In FIFA 18, if you wanted a 120k Dybala, you needed to win like 15 times Div. 1. Now you can get it in a single week in rivals

    Yeah, you could say that there is a high barrier between the non so meta players and the meta ones, but tbh I think Ultimate Team is about trying new players and tactics and building your favorite team (I'm sorry for those that feel this is a competitive mode, because is far from being one), and this market allows this.

    Edit: For everyone that is discourages pack buying, that's actually a good thing. Everything that discourages buying packs and spending FIFA Points is so good.

    Edit: "Because my team has lost value of xxK ". If everything in the market crashes, then the others that you dont't own crash as well, some more or less, but is no specifically your team that is crashing. Also, if you put it into perspective, in a span of 9 months all those coins you gathered will be worthless, because there will be FIFA 21. If you wanted to own CR7 and you enjoy play with him, I think is pointless if he is worth 1ml or 1.5mil, those coins don't have value whatsoever outside this game, outside this FIFA edition.
