    As we all know, there is a lot of anger to be had in FIFA. Many controllers have lost their lives in the 90th minute. Some call it handicap. Some call it scripting. Sometimes it's just the general online bullshit that send you into a rage. This is our weekly support group -- where we come to vent and rant against all the things that shouldn't matter, except they do!

    Every time I'm going to buy a player (decent sized purchases, over 100k) I'll let you all know. You guys all then wait whilst his price plummets, I'll then sell him out of despair and then then youu all purchase said player and sell for massive profit, rinse, repeat.

    You then kick back some of your massive winnings to me, and I don't lose half the amount I normally do because I am the worst trader in the history of traders. While we are at, if any of you play fantasy football, I'll throw in the players I discard. They are guaranteed to score a brace that week.

    Sounds good? Glad we're all on board.

    Side note: I'm ok on small purchases, I did pretty well trading Prem rares last week. I just am shit when I try to play with the bigger boys.

    Goodness gracious, I didn't know how reliant I'd become on them haha.

    Feel like a right snail now, will probably have to dislodge it from my reflex actions.

    I think EA has done a masterstroke tbh. They aren't OP anymore but they still have a time and a place, just like the nerfed dragback and the nerfed elastico(not really)

    Now a slight nerf to the bridge which will undoubtedly reign supreme now and we're all good.

    Short review of Moments Kurzawa

    I have played about 10 games with him now and here are some things I noticed while playing with him. I've replaced Mendy with him so he had pretty big shoes to fill.

    I use anchor on him.

    His high acceleration makes him feel incredibly fast and I mean, really really fast

    He has really good overall dribbling stats. He turns very quick in good gameplay and keeps the ball close to his feet. I really enjoyed that.

    He has a rocket of a shot. I haven't scored with him yet, but his shot power is really noticeable ingame

    His defending is better than Mendys as his stats suggest, he is solid. Not stupidly good but solid nonetheless.

    Physicals aren't the greatest. His stamina isn't the highest but he lasts 90 minutes if you don't push him up the field every now and then. He feels stronger than what his stats suggest.

    3* WF isn't noticeable. 4* SM are a nice bonus.

    Overall I'd give him a solid 8/10

    Is he worth the coins? With TOTY around the corner and with Mendy being quite cheap now - no. He isn't worth the coins, unless you're using that Neymar link.

    Is he a fun card and better than Mendy? Yes, he is. I like him and he'll stay in my squad.

    Edit: forgot to mention his passing. It's decent, but nothing special. 7/10 max

    Seriously the packs are cracked, like every time I open one I get a player above 83 rating, but this sbc has completely destroyed my club lmao I have no gold commons

    What EA should do but definitely won't for TOTY

    Make a TOTY milestone where you get an 'any TOTY player pack'. You could just make it really really long winded so realistically the earliest you could open it by would be back end of February if you literally played fifa non stop. Just like 'win 200 rivals games' 'win 200 squad battles on min professional difficulty' etc. plus maybe adding in specific requirements to celebrate special moments from the year in a new live fut friendlies mode like 'win 20 matches in 'Moments of the year' while wearing the liverpool home kit to celebrate them winning the PL' or other things (there's literally so much you could pick for that Leeds going back to the prem, Bayern wining the UCL, etc.)

    I'm thinking similar to the Beckham objective from December just unbeliveably drawn out so you couldn't just spend all your time doing it for a week and then getting a TOTY Mbappe or something. At whatever point in the game cycle you got it it'd almost certainly be a boost to your team (maybe the GK would be annoying after the grind). EA could in theory manually draw it out too just to be sure like they do with icon swaps but I think just giving a hell of a lot to complete would be fairer so those who choose to spend their life grinding can earn it as soon as they can manage.
